This is a constantly evolving database, a collection of resources we have either developed or have kept handy to help contractors, PA’s and lawyers argue for fair and accurate results as it relates to estimating / battling scope of work which effects your bottom line. It also includes a spreadsheet called Pre-Cap the Price. This is the old school method of estimating, raw cost, overhead calculation, profit margin, detail analysis and much more. The spreadsheet also produces a bottom line focused, customized Invoice with a  legal disclaimer that can be used as a cover sheet when you use an Xactimate estimate when communicating scope with carriers.
